Where can I find your current wholesale prices/policies?

What’s your minimum order amount?

Our minimum initial order is 2 cases. Payment is due at the time of order for initial orders and within 30 days for reorders. We accept checks, credit cards, and PayPal. To set up a wholesale account, please contact wholesale@nativestatefoods.com or click here.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We typically ship all wholesale orders within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipments are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking. We will email you shipping notifications with tracking details as soon as they are available.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after it’s shipped?

Most orders arrive within 3-4 days of the shipping date. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, please contact us for support.

What if my order arrives damaged or I want a refund?

We will replace or refund any product that is delivered damaged or defective, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery and submit an image of the damage. We do not exchange, replace, or refund product that is delivered free from defect.

How should I price your products?

We provide Suggested Retail Pricing (SRPs) for all items. Although you may mark up our products above this amount, we ask that you do not sell our products for less than this price without our express written permission (sales promotions are excluded). Violation of this agreement could result in termination of your wholesale contract, so please get in touch if this is a concern.

Do you provide marketing materials for my company to use?

Yes! After you have registered for our wholesale program, we will grant you access to our selection of in-store displays, flyers, and signage as well digital media tools. These includes tons of social media posts, content, and images for you to use in store or on your website, social accounts, newsletter or blog. We love partnering with you for marketing so if you don't se something there but have an idea, just let us know!
